Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed via text, call, or email at 0468 844 005. Your appointment is not secured until you receive a confirmation message from GlowElite Detailing. Cancellations & Rescheduling Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Arrival & Access Access to a garden tap and power point is required. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the booked time. Remove personal items or valuables from the vehicle before we arrive. Service Time Service times are approximate and may vary based on your vehicle’s size and condition. Pricing & Payment Prices depend on the selected service, vehicle size, and condition. Payment is accepted via card or cash at the time of service. Liability GlowElite Detailing takes great care and uses professional techniques to minimise risk. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle.
